At ADF Marketing Agency, we are committed to delivering the highest quality campaign executions, review generations, and influencer connections. Please read our refund policies carefully.

1. Campaign Deliverables & Service Quality

Because our services involve direct advertising setup, barter product dispatches, and moderator campaign allocations, all service subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the campaign setups have commenced.

2. Quota Guarantee and Service Commitments

If we fail to deliver the committed reviews count or influencer connections specified in your growth contract due to agency errors or channel issues, we will extend your campaign duration without additional costs or credit the difference to the next billing cycle.

3. Cancelled Subscriptions

Subscribers can request a cancellation of services. Cancellations will apply to the following billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for partial usage of the current month.
