1. Services and Billing

ADF Marketing Agency offers e-commerce review management, influencer barter, paid advertising setup, and seller consulting services. All subscription services are billed monthly in advance.

2. Month-to-Month Contracts

Unless specified otherwise in writing, all our growth plans are month-to-month contracts. Clients can request changes or cancellation by providing a 15-day email notification before the next billing cycle.

3. Marketplace Compliance

ADF Marketing Agency runs policy-compliant review campaigns using buyer mediators. While we follow platform guidelines strictly to minimize risks, e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) frequently change their algorithms and terms of service. ADF Marketing Agency is not liable for structural platform changes, algorithmic shifts, or account restrictions imposed by the marketplaces.
